Our Vision

u  We Love, We Care, We're Involved

A businessman and consumer of In-Home Health Care, Mr. Gross felt that he could develop an agency that would do everything an agency was supposed to. His philosophy that “Happy Employees Are Caring Employees” proved true. It did not take long before the elderly population heard about the great care that the children with disabilities were receiving and wanted A Full Life to provide support for them as well. .

A year later, the company had grown to approximately 60 clients, and realized a need to have Service Coordinators and Supervisors who would carry the same philosophy to our employees and clients.

The supervisors for A Full Life inform the community about the services that are available to them, how to get these services, and can even assist in the application process as needed. Supervisor’s also monitor the care that is provided by A Full Life employees through constant involvement with the clients, and through routine visits to the homes. Supervisors are able to step-in when a regular provider is ill or on vacation, as he/she knows their client’s day-to-day care needs and habits. This relationship allows the client to have a continuation of care by a provider they know, trust & are comfortable with..

A Full Life grew rapidly as more people shared their experience as an employee or client. In 2008 A Full Life had grown to serve in five Idaho regions and two Montana regions; and was acquired by a national home care company, Addus Healthcare, Inc.

Addus Healthcare, Inc. has been serving the elderly and disabled population since 1979. This experience brings to us strength in numbers and organization support that gives us the ability to be heard on a national level regarding the home care needs of our communities, and the needs of those people who provide this much needed service.
